A man in suit sits at a desk behind a laptop computer. He has eight arms that are all extended in a circle. Each hand is holding a different object. They are holding a piggy bank, several markers, a clock, a book, a coffee cup and a smart phone.

1 CLE (NLS) - Tuesday, February 4; 12:15 P.M. - 1:15 P.M.

Overview:

In today's age of "Infomania", brain fog and feeling overwhelmed has become the new normal on most days. We rarely feel like we have enough time in the day, and we are consistently distracted by technology notifications and endless emails generating new tasks. These demands and distractions pull us away from project work and cause very smart people to underperform. How do you set boundaries and say 'no' to key stakeholders in your organization without being labeled a "quiet quitter"? In this session we will teach you practical time management methodologies that enable you toset boundaries, regain control of your day, and get you laser focused to execute on tasks and goals!
