This presentation will explore the practicalities of estate planning as told by attorneys Ken Bennett and Sara McClammer of Scout Advocacy LLC. Ken and Sara, both former estate planning attorneys, now serve as professional fiduciaries, in roles such as power of attorney, trustee, guardian, and personal representative.

Sara M. McClammer
Scout Advocacy, LLC, Indianapolis
Sara McClammer graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2008 and the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2011. Sara is a partner in the law firm of Bennett & McClammer LLP where she focuses on guardianship and elder law issues for almost eight years. She also cofounded Scout Advocacy LLC and serves as its Director of Operations. Sara is a nationally certified guardian.

Center for At-Risk Elders, Inc., Indianapolis
Ken Bennett is the Founder, Executive Director, and Senior Counsel to the Center for At-Risk Elders, Inc. Among other things, this public interest law firm operates the CARE Volunteer Advocates Program, providing guardianship services to low-income, unbefriended incapacitated adults. Ken is also Of Counsel with Schlueter Breman, LLC and Director of Fiduciary Services for Scout Advocacy, LLC.
Ken graduated from Wabash College in 1979 and from the Indiana University McKinney School of law in 1982. He and his wife, Margaret, have two children, Cy and Grace, and live in Indianapolis.
