Criminal Case Law Update for 2013

There has been a great deal of activity both in and out of the courtroom in regards to criminal law this year. In addition to discussing the significant cases of the year along with the relevant happenings at the US Supreme Court, we will also discuss the recent changes to the expungement rules and the potential changes with the passing of HEA 1006 that takes effect in 2014.
