E-mail support is offered 24/7 during this time with a 1-3 hour response time during support hours, and a 2-6 hour response time after hours.

Recommended System Requirements

Windows: a PC running Windows 2000+, with Internet Explorer 6.0+, and Windows Media Player 10+. If Windows Media Player is not an option for this seminar, then we recommend Real Player 10+.

Mac: a Mac running OS X (10.3+). For Online CLE programs, we recommend using Safari and RealPlayer (installation instructions here). For live webcasts, we recommend the Safari browser and the latest version of the Flip4Mac WMV plugin for Quicktime (v2.2) (installation instructions here). Please note that Windows Media Player 9 for Mac OS X no longer seems to be compatible with our systems for live webcasts.
