Our annual ICLEF Traffic Law School seminar returns on December 17th. Former Prosecutor now Defense Attorney Bradley Keffer once again chairs our effort which will cover a wide variety of issues pertaining to the State’s traffic law courts.
The morning will begin with a discussion by Judge Vicki Carmichael (Clark County) of the new legislation affecting traffic law including HEA 1279. Tom Hirschauer of the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will follow addressing automobile search and seizures and civil forfeitures.
The afternoon begins with what has always been an active discussion regarding the BMV with Indiana with BMV General Counsel Patrick Price and Staff Attorneys Melissa Reynolds and Cora Steinmetz.
The day concludes with an overview of administrative regulations by defense attorney John Tompkins and a discussion on ethical considerations when marketing your law practice from Mark Zuckerberg & our seminar chair Bradley Keffer.
