Traffic Law School 2013

Our annual ICLEF Traffic Law School seminar returns on December 19th.  Former Prosecutor now Defense Attorney Bradley Keffer once again chairs our effort which will cover a wide variety of issues pertaining to the State’s traffic law courts.

The morning will begin with a discussion of ethical considerations relevant to this arena including thoughts on marketing your traffic law practice. Danville attorney Tom Brenton will follow this discussion with a practical approach dealing with those offenses that bring about license suspensions. The morning concludes with Tom Hirschauer of the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office addressing automobile search and seizures.

The afternoon begins with what has always been an active discussion regarding the BMV with Indiana with BMV Staff Attorneys Melissa Reynolds and Cora Steinmetz.

The day concludes with an overview of commercial and hardship licenses, administrative regulations and a “View from the Bench” from Marion County Superior Court Judge James Joven.

Join us for a full day of essential information as well as tips from these leading experts in the area of Traffic Law.
