CME for Civil Mediators

ICLEF provides a very engaging and informative seminar to those needing CME credit with a program directed specifically for Indiana’s civil mediators.  Recognized in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration by Best Lawyers in America since 2006, Michael Bishop of the Indianapolis firm Cohen Garelick & Glazierwill once again lead our program.

Joining Michael will be noted mediators Joseph O’Connor, Bunger & Robertson- Bloomington, and Ross Rudolph, Rudolph Fine Porter & Johnson – Evansville.

In addition to presentations dealing with existing and emerging bodies of mediation case law, ethical considerations and “best practices” applications will also be addressed including a discussion on dealing with difficult people and personalities in complex cases.
