Representing a Client in Mediation: Preparing Yourself, Your Client & Your Case

While few attorneys participate regularly in a civil case as mediator, most civil trial attorneys, especially those in the area of personal injury, represent their client in mediation. Experienced civil mediators Terri Todd and Dick Kraege will once again lead ICLEF’s seminar “Representing a Client in Mediation” on June 20th.  While the discussion will focus in large part on personal injury cases, the concepts and skills discussed will be of great benefit to all attorneys involved in the mediation process. The faculty consists of highly experienced practitioners from both the plaintiff and defense side of the aisle, providing a fuller picture of the process and how best to be effective in it no matter what your role in the process.
