Suing the Sovereign: Tort Claims

Each subject in our program is approached by both plaintiff and defense practitioners to help you through the process. Coverage will include Tort Claims Against the State of Indiana & Municipalities, Notice Requirements, Trial of the State/Municipal Tort Claim, Tort Claims Against the United States, Administrative Claim Requirement and the Federal Tort Claims Act Cause of Action. Your instructors will be Bryan L. Bradley (Kenneth J. Allen & Associates, P.C.), John C. Trimble (Lewis Wagner, LLP), Paul O. Mullin (Lewis and Wilkins LLP), Kenneth J. Allen (Kenneth J. Allen & Associates, P.C.), and Assistant United States Attorneys Jill Z. Julian and Jonathan A. Bont (Unites States Department of Justice).
