Construction Accident Litigation

Construction accident litigation involves injuries that occur on any type of construction location. Accidents and injuries often arise as a result of a variety of construction activities including demolition, excavation, grading, erecting structures, maintenance, painting, remodeling, renovation and repair. They may also involve the use of equipment such as backhoes, cranes, trench boxes, scaffolds, and ladders just to name a few.

Injuries can occur due to variety of unsafe workplaces conditions. This program examines a look at how to approach Construction Accident cases with both Plaintiff and Defense practitioners.
