Trucking Litigation

Cases involving trucking litigation are often energized and complex, integrating many key skills of the trial attorney’s practice. Whether you are about to visit your first accident site, or you have tried many of these cases, plaintiff or defense, ICLEF has a program for you. On October 24 in Merrillville or November 8 in Indianapolis, we will address truck accident cases from a host of important aspects – carrier safety matters, initial considerations when you are hired in a trucking case, investigation and discovery, information from actual experts and reconstructing the collision, theories of liability, trial strategies for plaintiff / defense, as well as understanding insurance coverage issues in trucking cases. Plus several more. Bring your questions too! The program will offer 6 CLE credits, one of which will also qualify for ethics. Don’t take chances with your next trucking case. Come to this program first!
