CME for Civil Mediators

ICLEF once again provides a very engaging and informative seminar to those needing CME credit with a program directed specifically for Indiana’s civil mediators.  Recognized in the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration by Best Lawyers in America since 2006, Michael Bishop of the Indianapolis firm Cohen Garelick & Glazier will once again lead our program.

Joining Michael will be noted Indianapolis trial attorney and mediator John Trimble, Lewis Wagner LLP, to address Avoiding Pessimism in Mediation and Bloomington Psychologist Dr. Stephen Curtis to discuss both the behavioral and emotional characteristics that make it difficult for opposing parties to find common ground.

In addition to presentations dealing with existing and emerging bodies of mediation case law, ethical considerations and “best practices” applications will also be addressed.
