Representing a Client in a Mediation; Preparing Yourself, Your Client and Your Case

ICLEF and other CLE providers develop several opportunities to examine and learn about becoming a better mediator, but rarely has a program focused on the role of the attorney representing a client in mediation.  Join ICLEF on May 23 as for the first time we examine the mediation process from the perspective of the attorney representing an interested party to mediation.

Our program walks through the entire mediation process from preparing for mediation, the caucus sessions, and the settlement agreements including pre-suit mediation issues as well.  Each area will be examined from both the plaintiff and defense perspective and provide insights and observations from opposing counsel as well as thoughts and suggestions from our panel of experienced mediators.

This is a must attend event for those who find their cases regularly involved in the mediation process and wish to maximize their efforts in the process.
