Energy Law in Indiana: Renewable and Non-Renewable Resources

We are pleased to bring back into our curriculum an expanded Energy Law program focusing on both renewable and non-renewable resources.  New this year will be discussions on energy initiatives, wind and solar energy, nuisance litigation, and ethical challenges.  We will also examine recent cases/legislation, carbon dioxide sequestration and pipeline transportation property rights, coal developments, as well as new technologies in oil and gas matters.  This program is only in our curriculum every so often, so mark your calendar for February 22!
