Surprise! How to Handle the Unexpected at Trial

Ever had a “Maalox Moment” in trial?  Some examples:  Ever been caught off guard when a witness dramatically changes his/her testimony?  How about when a party or key witness fails to show for trial?  Or, what do you do when an exhibit that has not been stipulated to is suddenly being used by the other side in voir dire?  This program will put our faculty in 12 difficult trial situations such as this, and they will argue their positions before a real judicial panel.  Lee Christie of Cline Farrell Christie Lee & Caress and Mark Metzger of Mezger Rosta LLP moderate, and will ask the tough questions of both the lawyers and the judges.  The audience will also have the opportunity to cast their vote as to which side should prevail in each given predicament.  Don’t miss it!
