Representing Indiana Nonprofit Organizations

Need a comprehensive resource in order to represent clients engaged in nonprofit enterprises?  Look no further.  This course starts at the very beginning with an explanation of the Indiana Nonprofit Corporation Act as well as the Federal and State Tax Exemption for charitable organizations.  If you are advising a client that is in the early stages, guidance will be provided on completing the all important IRS Form 1023, as well as the annual filing of the 990.  We will also examine the key things to know when representing unique entities such as religious organizations and charter schools.  The day wraps up with a discussion of contributions made to charitable organizations.  Bring your questions!
