Lobbying & Election Law

2012 is a major election year. With it comes new developments for Indiana practitioners – especially in the area of Redistricting for cities and towns.  We have devoted 25% of the course curriculum to addressing those changes.  Also examined in this program will be Lobbying Requirements, Campaign Finance Issues, a discussion of litigation relating to Indiana’s Photo ID law, as well as many other topics.  Visit the web listing to view the entire agenda and list of speakers.  Chaired by Brad King, Co-Director of the Indiana Election Division, this program is a must for anyone either making a run for office, or interested in representing clients of any capacity in election, lobbying or campaign finance matters.
