Advanced Family Law in Fort Wayne

Our Advanced Family Law (North) Master’s Series program returns to Fort Wayne at the conveniently located Grand Wayne Center. Neil Hayes of Hayes & Hayes will lead our program this year.  Neil has assembled a top-shelf faculty to engage us in discussion on the following topics:

  • Judge Paul D. Mathias – Appellate Matters
  • Drew Soshnick – Family Law Update
  • Andy Mallor – Complicated Business Issue in Divorce
  • Kate Burroughs – Cohabitation Agreements, Pre and Post Marital Agreement – Danger and Notable Areas
  • Andrea Trevino – Mental Health Records and the “State” of the law – can you get them in Indiana or must you move to another State?
  • Travis Chamberlain CPA/ABV, ASA – Do you want the Judge to think “this person is unfamiliar with Business Valuation 101 for Attorneys?”
  • Julia Gelinas – Ethical Issues / Pitfalls and Update for Family Lawyers
  • Thomas Markle – Avoiding Malpractice with QDROs, QMSCOs and Beneficiary Designations

A luncheon will provide program attendees an opportunity to reconnect and network with your fellow family law practitioners. During our luncheon, Matthew Wall of Alternative Microsystems will provide a CLE presentation entitled “Really Scary Issues in the World of Electronic Discovery… Especially for Family Lawyers”.

Program attendance is limited and our seminar is already filling up.  With an insightful and interactive session planned, reserve your place now!
